Buddy was taken to the RCACP by his owner. The man told the lady at the counter he wanted to have the dog put to sleep. He and his wife had a baby and the dog was getting too old. Luckily Buddy was saved and he entered LAP on July 25, xxxx. He is nine years old, peppy as a pup and in good shape except for a lump that has been tested and is not serious.
