Mandy is a lovely three year old Walker Hound. She was a former LAP dog adopted 2 1/2 years ago. She ran off and was picked up by a Good Samaritan. She was taken to a local veterinarian and scanned for a chip. The owner never registered the dog in their name and the ID came back to the LAP Shelter. After some search through our records we found the owner. She never returned to retrieve this beautiful hound after being notified. More attempts were made to her owner to retrieve her but there was not any response or return calls. On April 25, xxxx Mandy entered the LAP Shelter (again) from her foster home to be put on the adoption list. She will climb out of fencing. Needed will be Invisible Fencing to confine this gal.
